Ask JAH
The glowing button on every screen. Ask about today, the money, the shelf, or how any button works — it knows this clinic and the whole guide.
- Where
- Any screen › Ask JAH (bottom right)
Ask JAH is the teal button that floats at the bottom right of every screen. Tap it and a panel slides up: your past conversations folded by day down the side, the current one in the middle, a question box at the bottom. Type, or tap one of the starter questions.
JAH knows two things. This clinic, right now — today's schedule with each patient's status, what was collected today and this month, unpaid bills, visits not yet billed, stock at or below its restock level, recalls due, the subscription. And the whole guide — every screen, every button, in the words this help centre uses. So "who is at 2 PM?", "how much did we collect?", "what is low?" and "how do I void a bill?" all get an answer.

| Starter questions | Six one-tap questions when a conversation is empty |
| Question box | Type and press Enter (Shift+Enter for a new line), or tap the round arrow Send. The answer appears word by word. |
