The screens

Every screen, every button, what it does

  1. 1HomeThe day at a glance: today's money, four numbers, the schedule, and what needs attention.
  2. 2ScheduleOne day of appointments, and on every row the buttons for what happens next: Confirm, Arrived, Seat patient, Move, Cancel.
  3. 3The booking formPatient, date, time, dentist, chair, what it is for, how long, a note. Then Book appointment.
  4. 4PatientsEvery patient the clinic has, searchable by name or number. New adds one.
  5. 5New patientOnly the name is required. Mobile, birthday and the senior or PWD box are the ones that matter.
  6. 6The patient recordContact, medical history, HMO cards, visits, and the doors to the chart, plans and booking.
  7. 7Tooth chartTap a tooth, say what you found, which surfaces, and whether it is already there, needs doing, or was done today.
