A plan is a list of procedures with teeth, surfaces and prices, grouped into phases when the work spans visits. Its status tells the owner whether quotes are being presented and accepted.


The list

| A plan row | Opens it; shows its status (draft, presented, accepted, declined, completed), item count and total |
| Start a new plan | Creates a plan called Treatment plan and opens it |
| Back | Returns to the patient record |
One plan

| Download quote | A PDF of the plan with totals and the senior or PWD discount, to send on Messenger |
| From the tooth chart card | Findings marked Needs doing; ones already on the plan are struck through |
| Add work to this plan | Procedure · Tooth · Surfaces · Price (blank = list price) · Phase, then Add to plan |
| Remove on an item | Takes it off the plan |
| Mark as presented | On a draft: you have walked the patient through it |
| Patient accepted / Patient declined | On a presented plan: record the answer |
| Mark complete | On an accepted plan, once the work is done |
| Present again | On a declined plan |
