Only a delivered order counts. Placed and On the way do not, and a Returned order never does.

    Open Store → Orders and check the status. Placed, Confirmed and On the way are not there yet.

    GCash or bank transfer: was the proof of payment sent? The order is released once J.A.H confirms it.

    Delivered but the meter did not move? Some products say Does not count toward your monthly minimum. Check the order's items.
