The deal: free software, paid supply
Why there is no monthly fee, what the meter counts, and what a missed month does.
The clinic buys supply through the Store; the software is free; a delivered order fills the monthly meter; the month you buy in earns the month after.
Other clinic systems charge a monthly fee. This one is paid for by the supplies a clinic buys anyway. The Store tab sells NoGag sachets and the everyday consumables; every order that is delivered in a month fills that month's meter.
The rule to remember: the month you buy in earns the month after it. Fill September's meter and October is free. A new clinic gets its joining month and the whole of the next one free without buying anything, so there is time to settle in.
Miss a month and nothing happens yet, because the month before already earned it. Miss two in a row and the clinic drops to limited mode: billing, HMO, reports and messages pause, the rest keeps working, nothing is deleted, and one delivered order switches everything back on.
