What limited mode means

Miss the monthly minimum twice and some screens pause. Nothing is deleted, nobody is locked out.

The commercial rule is simple: the month you buy in earns the month after it. Take delivery of at least the monthly minimum this month and every screen stays on next month. A new clinic gets the rest of its joining month plus all of the next one free, with nothing to buy yet.

Timeline: buy in September, October is covered; miss September and October, November drops to limited mode until an order is delivered.

Only a second missed month in a row moves a clinic to limited mode. A yellow banner then shows at the top of every screen: Limited mode, order supplies to switch everything back on.

Getting out of it

    Tap the yellow banner, or open Store.

    Order enough to cover the meter at the top of the Store.

  3. 3

    The moment that order is marked Delivered, everything switches back on by itself. No call needed.
