Book (Pending) → Confirm (Confirmed) → Arrived → Seat (In chair) → Treat (visit screen) → Bill → Pay (receipt) → Done, then a Recall six months later.

Every appointment carries a status, and the status decides which buttons the row on Schedule shows. A new booking is Pending. The front desk calls and taps Confirm. When the patient walks in, Arrived. When the dentist is ready, Seat patient opens the visit screen, where the dentist records each procedure as it is done.

From the visit, one tap creates the bill. The front desk takes the payment and the official receipt is numbered on its own. Finish visit marks the appointment Done. Six months later the patient appears on Recalls, and the loop starts again with a call.
