Who sees what
Four roles. The owner sees everything; the others see what their job needs.

Roles are set by the owner under Settings → Staff and roles. A screen a role cannot use says so plainly ("Your role does not have access to the clinic's numbers") instead of hiding. Every bill and receipt records who issued it, which is why one login is never shared between two people.
- Front desk: schedule, patients, messages, billing, recalls, supplies, the Store.
- Assistant: the same minus billing, plus the tooth chart and visit notes.
- Dentist: the chart, the visit, treatment plans, their own production.
- Owner: everything, including reports, fee shares, settings, staff and licences.
