Supplies (tap − as boxes open) → Running low (red banner on Home) → Store cart (Reorder / Add all) → Place order → Delivered → Meter fills, next month stays free; tap + on Supplies as boxes arrive.

Supplies is the shelf. Tap − as boxes are opened; when something drops under its par level it shows Running low with a Reorder button, and a red banner appears on Home. Add all puts the whole low list in the Store cart. Choose how to pay, place the order, and watch it move from Placed to Delivered under Orders.

The delivery is what matters to the software: the day J.A.H marks the order Delivered, it counts toward this month's minimum. Tap + on Supplies as boxes arrive so the shelf count stays true.
