What J.A.H Clinic AI is
The app that runs a dental clinic's day, free with your monthly NoGag supply.
J.A.H Clinic AI is the app that runs a dental clinic's day. It knows who is coming in, what was done in the chair, what was charged, what the HMO still owes, and what is about to run out on the shelf. It lives on the dentist's phone and on the front desk's laptop, and both see the same thing at the same time.
Think of everything a clinic keeps today: the appointment notebook, the patient index cards, the Excel of bills, the receipt booklet, the group chat of reminders, the shoebox of HMO forms. J.A.H Clinic AI is all of those in one place, and each one talks to the others. Book a patient and the dentist sees them. Record the work and the bill writes itself. Take the payment and the official receipt is numbered. Use a box of gloves and the shelf count drops.
The clinic buys its supply through the Store; the software is free; meeting this month's minimum keeps next month switched on.
Why it is free
You do not pay for the software. A clinic gets it by buying its supplies through the app's Store each month: NoGag sachets and the everyday consumables a clinic burns through anyway. Meet the monthly minimum and next month's software is free. Miss it two months in a row and the clinic drops to limited mode: patients, appointments and the Store keep working, but billing, HMO, reports and messaging pause until an order is delivered. Nothing is ever deleted and nobody is ever locked out.
Who uses it
- Front desk books, confirms, bills and replies to patients.
- Dentists see who is waiting, read the red allergy line, record what they did and chart what they found.
- Assistants count the shelf and press Reorder.
- The owner reads the reports, chases the HMOs and keeps the meter covered.
Where things live
The seven tabs on a phone: Home, Schedule, Patients, Messages, Billing, Store, More. Under More: Reports, Supplies, Recalls, HMO claims, No-shows, Settings, Profile.
On a phone there are seven tabs along the bottom. On a laptop the same seven sit down the left, with the less-daily screens (Reports, Supplies, Recalls, HMO claims, No-shows) listed under them. Every screen in this guide says which tab it is under.
