What the words on screen mean

Every term the app uses, in one list.

WordMeans
PendingA booked appointment the patient has not yet confirmed. Confirm it after the reminder call.
ConfirmedThe patient said yes. Next button: Arrived.
ArrivedThe patient is in the waiting area. Next button: Seat patient.
In chairThe patient is being treated and the visit screen is open.
DoneThe visit was finished. On the patient's history it reads Completed.
No-showThe patient did not come. It counts on their record and on the No-shows screen. Undo reverses it.
CancelledThe slot was freed. Restore reverses it.
VisitOne sitting in the chair: the procedures recorded, the notes, and the bill that comes from it.
BillThe invoice made from a visit. Open, partial, paid or void.
Official receipt (OR)The numbered BIR receipt issued for each payment. The series must stay unbroken, which is why bills are voided, never deleted.
VoidCancel a bill with a reason. The bill and its receipts stay on file marked void.
Senior / PWDSenior citizens and persons with disability get 20% off and are VAT-exempt by law. Tick the box on the patient record and every bill applies it.
VAT-registeredA clinic setting. A VAT-registered clinic strips 12% VAT before the 20% discount; a non-VAT clinic takes 20% off the list price.
HMOA health card company (Maxicare, Medicard, Intellicare and so on) that pays part of a patient's bill.
LOALetter of authorisation: the HMO's approval number for a treatment. Typed on the claim.
ClaimThe request to an HMO for the covered share. Submitted, approved, paid or denied.
AgeingHow old the unpaid claims are: 0-30, 31-60, 61-90, 90+ days.
Treatment planA priced list of proposed work, in phases. Draft, presented, accepted, declined, completed.
QuoteThe treatment plan as a PDF for the patient.
ChartThe tooth chart. Findings per tooth and surface: already there, needs doing, done today.
SurfacesThe faces of a tooth: M (mesial), O (occlusal) or I (incisal), D (distal), B (buccal), L (lingual).
RecallA patient due back, usually for a cleaning, after an interval.
Par levelThe amount of a supply you never want to drop below. Below it, the item shows Running low.
Pack sizeHow many come in one box, so a reorder rounds up to whole boxes.
MeterThe bar that shows how much of this month's minimum has been delivered.
Monthly minimumThe supply value a clinic takes delivery of each month to keep the software free the month after.
Limited modeThe reduced state after two missed months: billing, HMO, reports and messages pause; everything else keeps working.
DeliveredThe order status that counts toward the minimum. Set by J.A.H when the courier confirms.
RoleOwner, Dentist, Assistant / hygienist or Front desk. Decides which screens a person can use.
Fee shareA dentist's professional-fee percentage of what they produce. Reports splits production by it.
ProductionThe value of procedures a dentist recorded, whether or not it has been paid yet.
Face ID / passkeySigning in with the phone's face or fingerprint instead of a password.
Booking pageThe public page at ai.nogag.ph/book/your-clinic where patients book themselves.
Activity logWho opened or changed which record. Kept on every tier.
